CalcuScribe
2 Week Loan Program
Thank
you for your interest in the CalcuScribe. Teachers and school
administrators may evaluate our products for a 2 week period.
There is a $20 fee to cover the shipping and handling.
Print, fill, sign this agreement and fax it to us at your
convenience. Let your students use the CalcuScribe. Evaluate
their work and observe their enthusiasm.
CalcuScribe-Uno
Uno has a 4 lines x 40 characters screen.
CalcuScribe-Duo has the 8 lines
x 80 charcaters screen which ZOOMs to a large font.
Uno costs $40 less than the Duo.
Alkaline batteries last 300 hrs. on the Uno and 50 hours on
the Duo.
The items
sent to you to review will be new. At the end of the two weeks
of test-driving you may purchase the products -- you will
save the return shipping cost. Or, simply return all the items.
CalcuScribe-Duo costs $280 and the CalcuScribe-Uno costs $240
when less than 5 units are purchased. We offer discounts for
larger quantities. Please refer to our prices on our website.
If you send a purchase order for additional machines, you
may keep the unit sent to you.
It takes
2-10 days, after we receive your request, for the products
to arrive via FedEx ground - depending on your location. If
you want them sooner, they can be express-shipped. Next day
delivery costs $50; 2-day delivery costs $40; and 3-day delivery
costs $35.
This agreement authorizes
us to invoice you, your school, or your district office in
the event the products are not received by us or if the they
are returned damaged or if the screws are removed to inspect
the machine. By signing this form you agree to oay the shipping
and handling charge and the invoice if the items are not returned
or are returned in non-resellable condition. Please make
sure the products are returned safely, insure the equipment
and send via a method that requires our signature, upon receipt,
otherwise you will not have proof that we received the items. If you return
the items via the US Postal Service, please use Priority Mail
(not surface mail) and ask for insurance.
