Each CalcuScribe comes with batteries and a manual. Be sure to order either the ADB-Y Mac cable or the PC-USB adapter cable. Cables allow you to transfer files to your computer. CalcuScribe does not send files to iMac with OSX or higher operating system.

You may print and transfer files, wirelessly, via our IR pods. The pods print only to DOS-compatible printers, which sell for $20 - $50 at used computer stores or on the internet.

We recommend you purchase the protective carrying case, it has a handle and a shoulder strap. We also recommend the AC adapter and the Projects & Activities Book.

If another person buys a machine from us due to your recommendation, we will refund you $10 per machine and give a refund of $25 to that person.

We accept purchase orders only from schools. For all others, please order by clicking on the 'Order' link below.

We ship within 48 hours and offer quick delivery for extra fee. We'll confirm your order by email.

If you receive a defective product, you may return it for a full refund or allow us to replace it. You will not be charged the shipping cost for the replacement.

If you return items, within 72 hours after receiving the items, because they are not suitable for you, we'll refund the cost but not the shipping & handling charge, as long as the items are in a resaleable condition.

Our products come with one-year warranty. You may purchase the 3-yr warranty. You may also purchase a bundle, which is discounted. We offer $25 discounts to those who need it and can justify it. Please send us an email, approximately one page in length, making your case for requesting a discount.
